The Cromer Railway Signalling Society

This Society was founded in 2005. It has about forty members concerned with the redundant signal box at Cromer Station.

The Society has been encouraged and supported by Cromer PPF Ltd and is making an association with the North Norfolk Historic Buildings Trust. In the signal box and other accommodation the Society aims to make a museum to illustrate the fascinating history of railways in Cromer and of signalling in the past and the present, from the early block instruments onwards.  It has a collection of  historic photographs and artifacts already.
